Currently studying BSc Sociology and working part time in customer relations. Volunteering and working within different aspects of society has given me an insight into the different environments present amongst them. The stark contrast between methods of teaching at primary schools to working at a telecoms enterprise has further established the different types of roles one can play in the modern world. Mentoring students younger than me has developed my interpersonal skills and contributed to my interest within society and the impact I can make upon it. Complimenting this, attending 'Parliament Week - Women in Democracy' has broadened my understanding of the ways in which I can make a difference to those around me.

I graduated with a 2.1 in international history and I am currently an internal communications intern at Cancer Research UK. My work experiences include retail and telephone fundraising. I have a passion for education accessibility, which led me to help establish our university society, the ‘Right to Education Project’. I have done mentoring for a youth charity whilst living in London. A career in the charity sector looks highly desirable, as I figure out what role within this sector appeals to my ambitions. Alternatively, the public sector which engages my interests in community engagement, young people and/or education, interests me.

I have graduated in LLB Law with Criminology. I am currently working within a variety of volunteer sector organisation gaining practical experience of the services available both on a local and national level. My past experiences include working in various departments of a local law firm, teaching law and mentoring young people. These experiences and my current experiences continue to develop my knowledge of various working fields. I would like to continue my volunteer sector work and also given the chance, would like to work within a local law firm in community engagement in Bedford.

I am a student at university in second year of Business Management. I have organised different events concerning social activities which developed my organisation and creativity skills. I have a strong ability to work with persons of different national and cultural backgrounds as I grew up in different community. I am a volunteer in UK Cancer research shop and in credit union where I do different tasks to develop my personal skills and mostly to contribute in my community positively.
